Joseph Navas, Founder and President
 Joseph Navas is the company visionary. Recognizing the tremendous opportunity at the intersection of marketing, analytics and technology, Joe in 2001 began forming and eventually founded WISC, LLC in 2002 . After 6 years in the Internet Advertising field he is directing the company to its future position as one of the leading providers of performance-based marketing for interactive advertisers and publishers.
Mr. Navas is responsible for the company's performance, strategic vision, and the continued development of Searchlamp.net's proprietary ad placement optimization technology.

Doug Egan, Chief Technical Officer
Doug Egan joined Searchlamp in 2003 and is responsible for the design,
development, deployment and maintenance of the Searchlamp proprietary software.
His career spans over 25 years in high-tech, with solid experience working in
small firms as well as large companies including IBM and Lockheed with NASA.
Before joining Searchlamp, he has developed and managed many mission critical
software and database applications for the Space Station and Strategic Defense
Initiative projects. Doug has also incorporated Artificial Intelligence in many
practical applications.
